Quiet and modern place, I truly enjoyed pleasant personnel.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was good. The room was new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

The units are modern with tv. All in all they offer good service.

Everything was good, modern and brand-new room with balcony. The hotel has marvellous and stunning location very close to restaurants, the tram that goes to La Laguna and nearby two main bus stops at the pier and Plaza de Espana. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like La Hierbita that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I had great time here, great and amazing location!

We had an amazing stay at Hi Suites in Santa Cruz. The design of the room was modern and everything was brand new. The bed was comfortable and we loved having two flat-screen TVs. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz.

During my Christmas trip, I stayed in a cozy and clean apartment. The staff was very kind and helpful, making sure that I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast option was fresh and delicious, bringing pastries and coffee right to my door. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions and areas of the city on foot.

I did experience a few negatives during my stay. Although the apartment was spacious and comfortable, it didn't have adequate workspace for me and my laptops.
